I need a professional website done

Description: I need a website that is functional and has great SEO. I currently have a nice looking website, but the designer did not appear to know much about SEO as I have received no enquiries since it was put up! I enlisted someone from PPH to redo my site and they were crap too! I do appear to keep attracting web designers who do not have a clue what they are doing, therefore I firstly I do not want anyone with Rookie status to bid on this job because I have learnt my lesson. My site has currently been designed using Joomla, and I do not mind using another programme, as long as I can update the site myself witout too much difficulty. My portfoilio is important to me as this show cases my skills and currently the web designer took down all my images and is expecting me to do it myself! Obviously I will be happy to add new images to my site, but I was not expecting to put all the images on myself! As it stands, I may as well not have a site as there are only images on the home page. I do actually like the design of my current site but I do not mind someone with a creative mind coming up with some new and fresh ideas - I just want a functional clean, fun site that showceases my cakes through a great software programme and people can easily find and navigate my site.
