I need a professional to create home page for my website

Extra notes: This is a stage 1 job: to create the Home page and integrate it with the website
If the Home page will be successful then we will book the stage 2 with you: to do 7 more webpages.
There is also stage 3 but first of all stage 1 and 2 need to work

I am attaching the excel file with our vision of the Home page.
Please note that:
The attached is not a final copy and I would require some amendments
I would require art/designer skills from your side and ask the advice on the font style, combination of the colours to be used on the web-page if current choice is not ideal
At this point in time:
The logo remains unchanged, the top and bottom of the page will be black.
Examples how I see blocks of the page are included
Not 100% sure on the colour of the call us now and make a booking button
