I need a professional Food Consultant

I have recently started a Catering business for events and wants to set up a frozen food business for it. I need a full approval from Manchester City council and need a food consultant in all aspects of catering and frozen food busimess. The consultant should be suitabley trained and experinced in achieving Envoirmental Health food safety score 5 and auditing food businesses and should be Registered with CIEH.
