I need a professional database with multiple user capability

I am looking for a recruitment database with multiple user capability.

Currently working off Bento, though looking for something with more Access / Bond capability.

I need separate fields/tabs to link to one another (e.g. If a candidate is also a client), (or for the Company field to link to the Client Field and Interview field etc)

Initially for only a few users but with ability to grow to a larger database.

Thousands of candidates/records

Also, the ability to transfer all of the records I currently have.

To add; It would be a database, similar to a Bond or Access that would link between the fields and allow for multiple remote users online.

It would also be good if I could upload to broadbean directly from the database.
