I need a professional A4 print advert designed

I've been offered a free A4 ad within powerful media's Powerlist magazine (http://www.powerful-media.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=3:power-list&catid=2&Itemid=101) - an annual mag that lists Britain's most influential black people.

I need a slick, eyecatching and professional looking advertisement designed.

The ad will be for my surprise concierge service that I run through my company Above and Beyond Planning - effectively I organise surprises for people's loved ones as a bespoke and creative alternative to the normal gifts (e.g. the t-shirt or shoes that you've received five years in a row!). Instead of a traditional impersonal gift my company organises bespoke surprises that the loved one never saw coming such as a surprise trip away with clues hidden around the airport or an unexpected gift delivered to their office by their favourite celebrity lookalike.

I have REALLY tight deadlines for this (needs to be sent to the magazine by mid day tomorrow) so need someone who will be able to begin work right away.
