I need a new design (responsive theme from themeforest) for our existing Magento site

- Setup and implement new design responsive template for existing magento shops pokerchips.nl and pokerchips.de. Theme already available; http://themeforest.net/item/hillside-responsive-retina-ready-magento-theme/4790208?WT.ac=search_item&WT.seg_1=search_item&WT.z_author=MeigeeTeam

- Design various fixed banners (+/- 6) for use in this theme. Style shoud be "poker & casino" related.

- Include 1 existing youtube promo movie on the homepage.

We are currently running Magento version 1.7.0.2 with a multistore environment. Our main business is selling poker related products in the Netherland, Belgium and Germany. Any feedback regarding updating speed and SEO for our sites is also welcome.
