I need a 'map' graphic designing for a flyer

I have a really terrible version (done on Microsoft paint, like all good accountants would use) of a map I'd like making into a JPEG so I can market my whereabouts.

I'm moving office and the place I'm moving to isn't a simple place to find/park at. I've therefore designed a basic 'map' with the most relevant roads on; I just need somebody to put it in my company colours and make it look like it wasn't done by someone with a design deficiency like I have.

The map I've done is attached to this job. I need (somehow) road names adding to the roads, and also avoid the need for a legend (like the one I started but got bored with and now think is unnecessary).

I can give further instruction later; all I need is someone who will get this sorted and to make it look professional please!

My "price" estimate is exactly that. It must only kill an hour or so of someone's time so hopefully I won't have to pay out as much as £50 - having said that, I don't squeak when I walk so if I need to pay that or more I'll be happy as long as the job's done well.
