I need a logo for a new business

I want a smart looking modern logo for a new coaching business that I'm starting.

I coach and help web companies, software companies and ad agencies so I want a logo that stands out.

My business name is mShift Consulting.

I would like the following words in the logo:

Clients. Cash Flow. Control.

I like colours like Dark Blue, Silver, Black, Red, Orange.
