I need a leaflet designing

i have a specific idea for a leaflet, (i'm a carpet cleaner) and i need someone with visual flare to make my idea work. must be able to use initiative and bounce back ideas, this will not be a wham bam thank you mam. the idea i have has to end up how i want it yet at the same time be designed by you with my instruction and wording input. i have some wording and some ideas on the layout, it will be A4 folded so it has 4 x A5 pages. I have some wording that needs tweeking for the front page, most of the second page is done, just needs making good, 3rd page will be made up of old leaflets so you will need to pull bits from old leaflets and use the best bits condensed into one page, possibly with some other wording. and finally the last page which i have ideas for but not yet started getting some of the wording. so to price up will be initial time it would take to design the said leaflet then a large tweek and then several other tweeks till its right. ps... you may need to get some pictures that might not be good enough quality this end. and i may need some marketing flare to help assist with the idea.
i will also need the final draught set out in a certain file and size etc.. for printing. i will be using print carrier for the printing.
