I need a Kickstarter/IndieGogo clone created in PHP, preferably Laravel.

Needs to also have full payment integration with PayPal or Amazon (preferably both). Must follow the same pattern as Kickstarter with rewards offered for user defined amounts.
Design is not required but does need an admin area to manage projects.

I've reposted this, as a lot of people left generic proposals which are of no use.
I know that this isn't fully briefed, but I require the exact front end functionality that Kickstarter has - if you don't understand that, then this project isn't for you.

The budget above is only an indication, your price can be either above or below this.
Please don't ask for further information though, as currently I haven't written it. If you turned up with an exact clone of Kickstarter I would pay. Have a look at it, use it and it's functionality. I want that!

It's got to be PHP or Laravel, not CodeIgniter, Yii or CakePHP etc - either your own bespoke PHP code or Laravel.
