I need a Joomla expert to migrate a site

Hello,
I need a Joomla expert to help me to transfer the content from one site to another, because --unfortunately-- I do not have time.

Before I describe the project, please let me clarify that I have put an indicative price -so please feel free to submit your offer with lower or higher price.

I think the projects is easy.

1. I run the eBook store named StergiouShop at http://stergioushop.com. It is hosted on shopify.
2. This has a structure (menu, pages etc) and content (texts, images, digital goods for download etc).
3. I want to transfer all this content with the same structure to a new one eshop named Vigla Shop at http://http://viglas.co.uk/
4. I have already bought the domain name, it is hosted and it is offline because it is under construction.
5. I have already uploaded and installed the joomla 2.5.14

What do I want from you?
1. I will buy/download a ready to use template I like it.
2. I will give you as a zip file through PPH
3. You install and set up.
4. Set up VirtueMart if the template does not include it.
5. Amend the new site according to the menu and the structure of the StergiouShop.com
6. transfer manually the content from StergiouShop.com to the new joomla/virtuemart site.
7. Clean all sample data, images and unused content from the new one.

What I will give you?
1. The new template for the vigla shop.
2. The details to set up the virtue mart (company name, address etc) even though you can find them from StergiouShop.
3. The files of the digital products (mainly they are ebooks, so I will send you the pdf, epub and mobi file for each of them.
4. The preview files. You should upload the preview files. I do not want to use links from stergioushop.
5. Administrators Username and passwords for both sites.

5. Knowledge about joomla 2.5 and the imminent upgrade to 3.5
