Amended - I need a app like the good beer guide for example. It must have a review feature front and allow people to rate the pubs and facilities in question

Solution can be an implemented off the shelf or written. It is a very simple guide and will need standard fields, example description and labels for example PARKING

I need to work with professionals not time wasters, garage developers or part time disappearing clowns, I use this site a lot and I will not pay or suffer idiots. I expect to get regular updates, a development plan stuck to and reported against. A phone number that is answered when i call. Service without attitude.
