I need a Front-End Developer to program a WordPress blog for me

Description: I need a WordPress programmer to cut up and code my design portfolio website into outstanding HTML/CSS and WordPress. The design for the project is complete and will be provided in layered Photoshop files. Experience with cutting up designs in Photoshop is essential.

There are 7 templates within the design which includes a themed and integrated Blog section, a Works section showcasing my UI/UX design work. The work section needs to be dynamic so I need to be able to add a new design project from the WordPress admin area. The other pages are basic HTML.

The designs are minimal, clean and flat and use web fonts ‘Open Sans’ and ‘Sanchez’. The final product would need to be uploaded and set-up on my already existing hosting account.

The final product would need to be tested to eradicate bugs etc...

I have put together a brief which outlines the project in more detail (available upon request). The delivery time on this is not important. I am more interested in quality. Please do not come back to me and tell me it can be done in two days. I want a decent quality job done.
