I need a flyer redone/redesigned so that it is extremely high quality

I've designed two flyers for my business. However, after having them printed professionally, I discovered the image quality not to be perfect. I have no idea why. I'm looking for a graphic designer or experienced photoshopper to redesign the flyers so that they look extremely high quality, i.e. not grainy at all. I will provide the existing flyer designs and the two original images that I used. The only thing you might have to reproduce is the text. If possible I would like the design returned in a vectorized PDF format. Please get in touch if interested.
