I need a flyer designing in a bespoke way which will probably involve cartoon types

Design details: I am keen to create a eye catching flyer we can use to attract a a CTO. i want something that will catch the eye be a bit controversial and will include our Brand identity. My idea is a bespoke design which includes a einstein type character and feature background. I am looking for a banksy type design that catches the eye and puts the focus on our need for excellence.
Target audience: 25 -40 heavily technical and querky
Ideas for the visual style: banksy inspired with a real memorable.
Things to avoid: Plain, simple, normal and content driven.

Where the design will be used: will be used mostly in flyers where we can look for inspirational type individuals.
Extra notes: Full spec and some of my poor artwork of what it should look like will be given at next stage. The vision is clear I just would like someone to bring this to life. This will lead to other work and I have been known to work with designers for years.
