I need a few things done to my site

1. I would like the dates taken off all ads on site. Replace:
I would like site date like this : Example:
Saturday March 17th 2012
**( my feature ads are always on top) **Then:
Saturday March 17th, 2012
List all ads that are posted today under date.
Friday March 16th,2012
List all ads the were posted this day. So on
( example: look on backpage.com: click on escorts,
see how dates are posted for ads)
2. Banner ads:They are placed the top of evey page
except home page: Example: Click on any category on my site, look at banner ad there. There's a place for them in my script all ready. I want the customer to be able to post banner ads them selves,and pay, but theres no way to accept payments. Right now, I have to place them manually.Banner 1: size up to 1" height by 2" width
Banner 2: up to 1" height by 4" width
Need 2 ways to accept payments and be able to change the prices
1 for smaller banners 30 day banner ad and 1 for larger banners 30 day banner ad (pay out form)
I would like to be able to sell at least 30 banner ads or more
3. Above where your banner ad would be place: need a small label: Post your banner ad here. Thats where they will place thier own banner and send them to check out.
My site is an adult classified ads.
