I need a facebook groups poster created

I am looking to have a web application created in what ever programming language that you want.

I need the auto poster to be able to connect to a users facebook account, then see all the groups that they are in. The user needs to be able to select all the groups to post to and then tell the program to post to a certain number of groups at a time. and how often. Then tell it when to repeat its self. Then a message to input and have it run on auto pilot

In example:

I would load up the application, log in using my facebook account. It would show me how many groups I am a part of. I would then tell it I want to post to 90 groups at a time, with intervals of 7 minutes between, and do that 3 times in a 24 hour period.

So then the software would post to 90 groups wait 7 minutes, post to the next 90 groups, wait 7 minutes. Post to the next 90 groups. Wait 24 hours then move on to the next 90 groups, wait 7 minutes ect. I would want it to go through the whole list of groups that way.

Also I want there to be a way to select groups that you are a part of that you would want excluded.

I would also want a field that would be optional where I could select a picture with url and description to be added to the post that goes to the groups.

I am looking to have this done ASAP
