I need a designer to design a kettle which is then able to go to a manufacturer

The design is to be short-listed for manufacturer if it is successful. The start date is 03/08/13 and expires 30/08/13. The requirement is a standard kettle with two switches. One cutting the kettle off at T1 and the other at T2. The design in itself must be good enough for a manufacturer to know how to make it and for a company to know what its benefits are. I am a product scout, and have been doing business for a year and a half.
