I need a cutting edge logo designing

I need a cutting edge logo designing. It needs to be absolutely brilliant, but, because this is a start up, it needs to be extremely cheap.


I have some sort of idea what I want, and have some biro drawings,but it might look completely crap once in print so need someone to come up with something ace.

I was hoping to pay around the £10 mark.
