I need a black & white illustration done

Design details: Hi Happy New Year to you all,

I'm looking for an illustrator. I'd like it to be detailed in design. I'm a fussy bugger, It's for my first e-book going into print. The book is almost do now. I've found a publisher so to speak.

Outline of the drawing give and take.

It's just a guy on a cliff with some text, as i say it's give and take. I don't want to say too much. This is just an outline of the drawing. I have a rough sketch of what i want doing. I can a send the sketch once the job is awarded.
Oh by the way i will looking at your portfolio's and the winner gets the job from there.

By the way I'm not looking for a cartoon style drawing. I repeat not a cartoon style drawing. So as an example then if was looking for a picture of a bird. I don't want a tweedy bird cartoon I want a bird that looks like a real bird. lifestyle drawing hand drawn.

I awarded this job to someone on pph, but i was so let down as i've not heard from for over12 weeks. I said there was no rush for it, i'll give you 4weeks as they've had other jobs and then nothing. Even pph give them a nudge and still nothing. Grrrr.

This is not acceptable once the job has been awarded. I'm more than a fair person.
