I need a back end affiliate system (with a twist) built.

Hello,

I am looking for a developer who can build me a back end affiliate system with a twist.

As a web designer I will be designing the look and feel of the site and need someone who can integrate their back end solution with this.

The site I am working to create and launch will mimic this www.neobux.com. I need to be able to offer all of the same features they offer with a simple to use control panel and excellent reporting.

I need someone who is quick at grasping concepts and will work using their own initiative to push the project forward.

I also require to be able to speak with you via Skype regularly so I need someone who is pretty much logged in and ready to reply at all times when working.

I know the spec is a bit short with only be providing a link to another site as an example but I am hoping you can grasp the concept and advise me on what you think the best route would be to go as far as web technology is concerned.

Once we begin discussing I can address the finer points with you.
