I need a 5 page e-book (pdf) with pretty graphics and text

We sell South African meals.

I want a pdf downloadable book (PDF's) for our website ( I am thinking of making it a turning page book with another job).
The download is titled : South Africa through your taste buds: How to match South African wine and food like an expert.
Each page will be a match of a wine and a meal. I am attaching the details for the first page. The Wine is : Grand Vin De Glenelly and the dish: Durban Beef Curry. I am attaching an image for each, a description for each and another image which can possibly be used as a watermark background image . Our whole theme is discovery, and taste the sunshine. I have 5 in total which needs designing now - and a few more later. If I like what you do, I will let you do the rest too and it would all need to fit together as a unity.really need it ASAP as I have been put back a week by another designer who said he will do it and never did .
