I need a 3D booth design

Design details: I am looking to develop a booth that is 3 x 4 m. This booth will act as a 'mini bank branch' and will be permanently installed in a shopping mall. The booth needs to be closed, so as to give customers a sense of privacy. The booth must contain an employee desk with 2 chairs for customers, a high table with two stools, as well as having a leaflets stand, space for branding, and a couch for waiting.
Ideas for the visual style: Modern and professional. The corporate colours are green and orange, but use of these will be subtle.
