Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Information on the business: Version 22 is a product design company
Industry: Art and Design
Design details: The e-book is intended as an informative yet witty, playful and engaging document on personal organisation that doesn't take itself too seriously (although it mustn't go too far in the other direction either).
The choices of fonts and sizes, the use of subtitles and block quotes etc are important to ensure the look matches the tone of the book (the tone is set with the written copy which has been completed).
If possible some simple line illustrations around some of the points covered to break up the text would be great.
I would like to keep the lines per page (and hence font size) to around 24 lines or less so it doesn't look too busy.
The required page size is A4.
The branding is quite important and I would like the Version 22 logo included in the bottom left of each page of the body and the page number in the bottom right. The book title can be in the header at the top of each page of the body.
I can provide vector graphics or JPEGs etc. of the company logo.
I would like the e-book cover to be predominantly the green detailed in "extra notes" and shades of, with the e-book title dominating the cover and the company logo not being too imposing(it could be in a white bar at the bottom).
As the closing page, who's background I would like to mirror the front page, I would like several call to action buttons inbetween the text in the form of clickable links to company social media channels and website.
Target audience: Anyone looking to organise their lives a little better
Number of pages needed: 16 including a cover page
Ideas for the visual style: Must tie in with the branding of the company (see www.version22.com) with a predominantly white background throughout (except for the front and back covers)
Things to avoid: Anything too coorporate or too playful (there needs to be a balance)
Preferred colors: white, greys and greens, although if you would like to include other colours in the palette I am open to suggestions.
Where the design will be used: downloadable as a free A4 PDF
Extra notes: The dark grey used with the logo is R48 G48 B47
The green used with the logo is R162 G197 B22
