I'm looking for someone that can open an EXE program and manipulated

To whom it may concern,

I'm looking for someone that can open an EXE program and manipulate it. I have full permission from the developer of the software to do this. Basically the software is designed to install a certain computer peripheral. At present when the EXE file has been loaded onto the computer the end user has too many options thus making it relatively complicated to use. What we have proposed to the developer of the software is that we would like to make it much simpler to use by disabling some of its features. We would also like to add our company name to the software. The software in itself is not complicated and it is a very basic program. Of course I would be willing to divulge more information with regards to this project on completion of a nondisclosure agreement being signed between myself and any potential developer that may be interested in taking this project on.
