I'm looking for somebody that can create me a software/program...

Hello all,

I'm looking for somebody that can create me a software/program. The objective of the programme would be to allow customers to design personalised fabric ribbon.

Basically our company manufactures printers specifically to print onto fabric, mostly ribbon. The problem is we don't have our own software. We would like the software to be very easy to use.

For example: we would like our customers to be presented with the size of canvas that would like to work on from when the program opens, of course we would like to give them the option of customising their size. We would like to include some free clipart that they could drag and drop onto their design. Also we would like the software to allow customers to customise their design with text.

I have uploaded software to a server which has been produced by one of our competitors. It's not a fully functional version of software until you provide the serial number to activate it. Maybe you can download the software to make some sense of what it is. Basically I would like you to design something similar to this for me.
