I bought a Replete Template ecommerce that I'd like to customise (London)

I am based In London, I am looking for someone with matching skills as per my brief bellow to help me with my current project. Someone who specialises in the ecommerce web development.

The project is not a full functioning ecommerce though, it is more like an online retail browser and directorate that aims to be an affiliate promoter to existing small businesses.

The main element is for visitors to be able to click on a particular product that will open into a pop up window option and take them directly to the business website or to the directorate page without leaving my website.

I am looking for someone with a professional approach, easy to work with, passionate about their job and please only get in touch if you are available. (My former web developer whom assisted in choosing the template was an overzealeous who couldnt deliver what he promised to do after being paid. I really don't need a time waster)

I have a very limited budget, all I require is someone to create the layout for each page.
