I am looking for someone with experience in creating flycatcher pages. For now I need one flycatcher page designed. Please provide me a cost estimate for the job.

This page will be used to ask people to submit a question in return for a free copy of my new e-book when it is released.

I have already written a basic outline in MS Word (see attachment) and I need someone to turn this into a flycatcher page that is both simple and eye catching.

Upon successful completion you will be considered for further work relating to web page creation.
