Human resources support for big project team

We need some HR support for our big project team who are working on a bulk content writing project for a major legal client.

We have a few tasks we need to give to the HR person straight away.

1. Creating a link building team - recruiting a team of writers who can be responsible for writing guest posts and link building for my client.

2. Recruiting an expert in Wrike to administrate this side of the project

3. Recruiting more content writers, if anyone quits

4. Getting feedback from our team leaders to understand the quality of each of their content writers

5. Managing any personnel issues as they occur such as low output, poor standard of work etc.
