Human resources (HR) support

We are looking for a admin person with some HR skills to support our growing project team.

We are producing SEO articles for a UK company and our team has grown to 25+ people. We need someone to help manage the human resources of the project as it is taking too much of our time away from what we do best!

We need someone to:
* Take over recruitment of new writers
* Be responsible for vetting prospective writers
* Liaise with team leaders regarding their requirements for more / less writers on their teams
* Handle any issues with writer performance
* Identify additional team leaders as required

Pretty much all the documents you need have already been produced, although I'm not an HR person so there may be stuff missing you can help me fill in the blanks for.

We don't have much budget but hopefully there is someone who can help with this task.
