HTML5 Responsive Joomla site Layout fixes, crossbrowser issues

I have already a coded version of the template both Home and Inner pages. It's a website for Joomla cms, HTML5/CSS3, responsive.

I need SUPER experienced coder who can help me instantly with layout issues I have on crossbrowser platforms, including mobile. I need the fixes to be done within 10 hours. It's very urgent.

Currently Chrome and Mozilla show the site OK with issues though. But IE8 (which I've tested so far) is a complete mess. I need somebody to adapt the code for all platforms, make t really professionally responsive, so certain elements move and resize for certain screen sizes/resolutions accordingly via media queries.

Pls provide examples of your html5 responsive works. It's very urgent, so only a real pro needed.
