HTML5 javascript game developed

I would like to have a game similar to this version http://bjornson.inhb.de/?p=55

1. The shapes should be generated on the canvas
2. I need a simple version just the easy level
3. no drag and drop required just click on the correct answer should be fine
4. IE support not required
5. No need of storing game detail on the server


Bidders please let me know the approach you are going to take to generate the shapes not the complete implementation details but a brief description to let me know you understand the details.
