HTML WEB CODING

I have done a website using wix.com, the website is on HTLM5. I have problem that when I browse the website on different browser such chrome, mozila, IE9 and safari it give different appearance such big or small or even too big, I need to know if some one can help adding browsers coding so that solve my problem and make the web look the same size on all browsers. I am looking to pay £50 as fixed price for that project.
