HTML to Wordpress

I need the below site converted into Wordpress so that the whole site can be editable. The three blackboards on the offer pages are just images so they could maybe be editable with widgets or something. The slider has 4 images that need to be editable as well and a contact form entered on the contact us page. I will be needing this done within the next week and more work will be offered to the right person who does a good job for me.
