Html Newsletter Design and coding

I'm looking for someone to design and code an html newsletter template for a firm of accountants, this needs to simply look exceptional, but be something easy for us to edit each month.

we will run a featured story and a number of sub stories and categories, I'm looking for someone with examples of email newsletters for professional firms.

The newsletter must be suitable for all email readers ie use inline css and tables etc

if I awarded you this job will you be able to create a newsletter for accountants to send to their clients that was mouth wateringly WOW, makes you want to read it - it needs to be a template I can use for any of my accountant clients to send tot their clients, so I will need to change colours on it or put different logos, I want to have the following sections (* means this is in every edition, if unstarred I want it as a module I can add or remove if i do/dont have any of that particular content)
