HTML Newsletter creation on Benchmark

We need 3 newsletters creating in HTML on Benchmark (benchmarkemail dot com). The first on will be in the next week or two. Others at approximately one month intervals. The information will be provided as images and text, together with a layout in powerpoint. Your job is to convert this to an html format on Benchmark. You can work from existing newsletters that have already been done on there by my client. A sample is attached (as a pdf) as well as an example of powerpoint that would be provided to you as layout. Company name and logo will need updating (images will be supplied). Distribution list control and sending out the newsletter will be done by someone else. The Benchmark account already exists and has the previous emails.

You must have good layout skills, as well as html. Examples required. Your bid will be the total price for doing the 3 newsletters. You can invoice after each newsletter (assuming this can be done on PPH).
