HTML Email/Newsletter

Looking for a template to be created for a newsletter we send out every couple of weeks. We usually send it through our database which means it's mostly text so we are looking for someone who could design a HTML template to be sent outside of our system, either using our mailchimp account or if its easier to integrate in to our outlook system.

The template we use at the moment is basically a list of available candidates in geographic areas as a list. Any creative inspiration welcome.
