HTML email build

We need a HTML email developer expert. Someone who understands the many pitfalls of developing emails for all the popular platforms and email clients from Outlook 2007 to Gmail to Apple Mail and iPhone.

We always deliver the best possible results to our clients and although we understand an email will never look the same from one client to another, we strive to get them as near perfect as possible.

The brief:
Develop the email (visual attached).
All text must be live with excellent CSS styles set
There will be a second email containing a German language version which we will host on our server. The only change will be in the live text and two images which we will provide.
All links must be included.

We will test this email in all major email clients through PC and mac along with handhelds.
