HTML Email

We have sent an email using mailchimp. We have the design already laid out but when we test the email it only works on apple devices and does not work with our clients outlook or display on other devices. Not sure whether this needs to be rebuilt from scratch or whether it just needs the coding looking at. Is this something you could help with?
