HTML and CSS coding

I am trying to create a website and therefore need someone to take my idea's and information and create it into a simple web page. I need someone to code a simple 'fitness blog' which would inform readers certain things such as, what are the best types of food to eat, what are the most effective methods for losing weight, how long does it take to lose weight and other links to information on the website.

So the website needs to be hosted, as this is more of a personal project rather than business, this also means that the level of coding etc can be kept to a basic level as this is more for proof of concept rather than a functioning e-commerce site.

Main things you will need to do:
- create a website layout for a fitness blog.
- add the information I provide you, to the website
- basic website editing e.g. text, alignment & colours etc
