HR consultant needed for personal assistance and guidance for Marketing and/or Management consultancy vacancies.
Skills required
1. Experience on interviewing applicants.
2. Experience on improving cover letters and CV
3. Experience on psychometric tests
4. English (native or bilingual proficiency)
The consultant will contact the future applicant via skype and will review cover letters and CV, have a "fake" interview with the applicant,give feedback and general guidance.
He/She should provide some psychometric tests from previous real life job openings and give the applicant a guidance and feedback after he takes the tests.
