How it Works and FAQ for my Website

Hi There,
I am looking for someone to write "How it Works" and "FAQ" section for my Website.

I have burnt my fingers before with freelancing therefore I am a bit careful this time around. Before I award this work to someone, I have following selection criteria:
1. Writer should be physically based in the UK.
2. Should understand technology a little bit because these are technical write ups.
3. Can demonstrate similar work, their ratings and references.

Website concept:
It is an online Video Website and our users can watch video on a variety of devices. I need "How it Works" section where users can read about how to watch our video content on their respective connected device. Basically educating a user on end to end process from installation of our app on their device (e.g. iPad) to watching the Video content. We support 7 connected devices at the moment including Website.

FAQ section will contain potential questions that a user may have for us.

It doesn't matter whether it is 100 words or 100 pages, the job is for a fixed bid only.
