Hot Lead Telesales

We are a firm of Chartered Accountants and purchase hot leads from websites on which individuals post their requirements for various types of accounting services.

We need someone to telephone these leads to make initial contact, gather the facts for the services that they require and type of business. Follow up initial phone call with an introductory email and offer a free initial consultation. Leads should be followed up until such time as client is signed up by us or the lead is dead.

Leads must be contacted within 10 hours of purchase.

We only get on average 3-4 leads per week, although this could be more during busy months (October - January), so this can be done alongside other work.

The work can be done remotely but we would prefer someone that could come to the office at least once a month for a meeting. The fee must include calls charges which in the main are to mobile phones.
