Homepage Website Mock Up - No Programing

PLEASE READ THIS AND WRITE A CUSTOM APPLICATION IF INTERESTED..

I am designing a website and have spent the last week perfecting the layout of the website. This plan is already drawn up in Photoshop but now I need a highly CREATIVE website designer to help me finish the process. - I already have a programmer, this is graphic design work only.

This job is only for designing the homepage for the site, no other pages are needed and for a skilled expert in graphic design this should be quite an easy job so please submit a competitive quote.

The work involves editing my existing layout to find a great colour scheme & colour theme across the website, creating a background pattern, designing button effects and various box fades etc and giving font advice. Basically taking the design from a rough plan to a highly professional looking website. This job does NOT require logo creation.

I have ideas for each item which will be given to you but then I expect you to use your own creativity to find a great look for the site. This will involve you giving 5+ options for each area that I can choose from and frequent liaising over Skype to get each aspect looking how I need it.
