Homepage template integration

I have a social networking site. I recently got a new design template for my homepage and I would like to integrate this template with my site.

This will involve a member registration/signup process and integration of sign in using facebook, linkedin, twitter or google+.

The social networking script iam using is called handshakes and so I will prefer someone who has experience with this script.

I also have some valuable guidance instructions that might help that was provided to me by the vendor of the social networking script. This will help you know what files need to be modified to accomplish this task.

Also, I will be needing full documentation as to what files where touched to accomplish this task.

The skills needed will be php, smarty and mysql I believe.
