Homepage for Mobile App

I need a homepage designed for an android and iphone app. This is not a basic splash screen as ill explain below.

I need one main background with the companies logo and tagline (provided). Then I need 3 layers that act as slides on top of it. I need two slide variations in the size for the background image to fit the new iphone5.

The dimensions are: Iphone5 - 640x1096
Normal mobile - 640x920

This could be an opportunity for regular work (i know you guys probably hear this a lot). But for this project I need the theme to be based around debt management.
