Home page design (design only)

I have amended this job as we are breaking this project down into parts.

For the first part, I am looking for a designer to mock up just one page which will become our home page. For this one page design, I will pay £200.

(Following this, I will need to produce the designs of multiple pages and then find a web developer to implement the designs.)

I have attached:
Our detailed brief (word doc)
A jpg of a page we have created in the past and like the style of.

As already stated, we really are only looking for a really good designer at this stage.
