Home Based Sales Role

I have setup a small company offering some niche services in the UK. I currently have one sale person and we need more.

The role involves general sales calling in the recruitment and IT industry. I am looking for sales people who have experience in getting business signed up to recruitment services.

I understand this is a very vague description but I don’t want to put too much information until i get the right people on board

Like i have said this is a very niche service and market research has generated some enthusiasm with the product ranges so we are expecting some success on top of what we have at the moment. I am looking for enthusiastic people to come on board.

I am open to a fixed rate fee per service sold or an hourly rate. Please detail your experience in the IT recruitment industry to have the best chance and your fixed fee/hourly rate.
