Home based appointment setter to call on small businesses

We are a monthly free entertainment booklet, hand delivered to employee break-rooms throughout small towns in the US.
The booklet has puzzles and games and contests for the employee who is on break to read. It also has space for coupons on each page. Each coupon is fully perforated, so it's easy for the reader to tear off and use.

We are seeking support of professional appointment setters who can call target businesses who will want to advertise in our publication. We will be seeking 2 outcomes: appointments or warm leads. Warm leads are when you don't set an appointment, but the small business is willing to let us 'drop by' and drop off literature. With a warm lead, you capture the name of hte person we should speak with, the best time to reach him, etc. But no set appointment. Warm leads are generally pretty easy to set up.

We will provide the calling list in a Google document, which you will update online. You will use a Google shared calendar to set appointments/warm lead follow ups.

Requirements for this position include:

- Candidates must be able to speak US English with no noticeable accent.
- Should be able to work between 10am and 4 pm Central Time (probably averaging 2-3 hours per day, to start)
- Previous telemarketing/appointment setting experience - this is an absolute requirement
- Must be able to show:your typical results: how many appointments/dials/contacts can you usually set in an hour, or in a day?

For this first project, we'll do just 10 hours of calling in one week's time. If the results are good, we'll continue the project.

Compensation will start hourly at $8 per hour base plus

$2 per warm lead (verified)
or
$5 per set appointment (verified)


So for example, if you can average:

20 calls to businesses per hour and generate from that 4 warm leads and 1 set appointment = $8 base + $8(warm leads = 4 leads time $2) + $5 (set appointment) = average $21 per hour.

We have plenty of work. If you can work more hours per week and you're producing great results, we'll definitely increase your hours.

This is a great home based opportunity for someone who is great on the phone and motivated.
