Holiday Home Agency website

We are looking for someone to help us build and run a website for a new holiday homes business called Swanage and Purbeck Holidays. This business would secure online bookings for premium quality holiday home owners in the local area. We have selected a software provider for the online booking system. So we do not need to develop the booking engine. This request is for developing the front end which has the characteristics of an online brochure. It will have database and search capabilities but these are also provided by the online booking system (called Supercontrol)

I am looking for a database driven website with a content management system that we can update ourselves. e.g. Wordpress, Joomla Drupal. In my mind this is a cooperative venture to help us create a new business.

We have our own holiday home which has a website created in Weebly www.purbeckholidays.co.uk.

It is important to me that the design looks clean and attractive. We think we need good design skills and good web marketing understanding.
